Jean- Claude refused to take it knowing he was not powerful enough- at that time at least- to defeat all challengers and would not set himself up as a stalking horse. | The Traveler- Human servannt: Balthasar. He hasno corperol form, but usurps the bodies of lesser vampires to use as will. He is decidedly homosexual and seriously chauvanistic in its worst connotation- he compliments Anitas by telling her "oh, wjhat a man youi would have made." (BO)He also is the more powerful of the two council members that visited St. Louis and still has a sense of hionesty and fairness that seems to have dwindled in the other vampires in the enterouge. Maybe thats tyhe good side of chauvinism showing. | |
