Initially working as a model for Versace and gracing the cover of magazines like International Male, in a recent interview Eric explained his decision for dedicating himself exclusively to acting ...

"I decided to do modeling to travel Europe a little bit.Once I came home I was ready to have a career that I could be creative [in]; I don't think there was a lot of creativity in modeling. There's a point where I gave it up and the financial element really came into play.You become a starving actor, and eventually you become starving.

"Everyone's like, 'Why don't you go back to modeling and doing commercials?' I think you have to dedicate yourself to what you're going after, and if that means struggle for a little bit, then that's part of the process. I had nothing left to do but succeed as an actor. I had nothing else to fall back on."

Eric's ability to encompass the inner self of any character makes him a virtual chameleon as an actor. The most blatant example being his performance of what was essentially the same character- Ian Nottingham, as two totally diverse and polar personalities in the Witchblade Season 1 finale (Transcendence).
His acting credits include: Witchblade (Ian Nottingham), Silk Stalkings, The Honorable (Junior Lopez), and 2 Fast 2 Furious (Scott Dardan).
